Provide a well maintained arena with a minimum size of 100 x 150 for the above stated clinic dates, also 2 stalls for Josh Lyons horses at the facility of the event at no charge. Guarantees payment of $10,800.00 USD (3-Day) or $15,000.00 USD (5-Day) to Mr. Lyons which is equivalent to 12 participants. Cost for a 3-Day clinic is $900.00 USD per rider. Cost for a 5-Day clinic is $1250.00 USD per rider. You may not charge more or less than the set fee per person USD. Maximum number of participants is 15. These fees are due and payable to Mr. Lyons the business day prior to commencement of clinic. The host will receive a clinic spot free once the minimum is reached. The host keeps all auditor fees. $500.00 USD non-refundable host fee to ensure dates into Josh Lyons schedule. Deposit is returned to host once minimum is met. Host is responsible for any advertising associated with this clinic. Once the Deposit is received by the Josh Lyons office, Mr. Lyons guarantees the following: His appearance at this clinic. Josh Lyons will list this event on www.joshlyons.com and create an event on the Josh Lyons/Lyons Legacy Facebook page. Cancellation Policy Should Mr. Lyons need to cancel this clinic after the host fee is received, the host fee shall be refunded to Host within 10 business days of the cancellation notification. Cancellation is only acceptable with a 90-day notice from scheduled event. In this case host will surrender $500 host fee. If cancelled within 90 days of the scheduled event host will be responsible for complete invoiced total. Should either party fail to perform to the requirements of this contract, either party is free to pursue legal remedies against the other.
